We need to be reminded that the act of walking is not a chore it is something your body is made to do. When you walk, your body benefits in many ways, here are few examples of healthy benefits.

Blood Pressure

Regular walking makes the heart work more efficiently and improves blood circulation. Your blood vessels become more elastic and the amount of oxygen delivered to tissue increases.

Cholesterol

Regular walking can reduce levels of bad cholesterol.

Fitness
