We are grateful to be based in paradise and within one of the most comfortable contemporary resorts on the west coast of Phuket Island, Absolute Twin Sands Resort & Spa. We offer all-suite accommodation, nutritionally balanced meals, juices, Body Metrics, daily classes, daily massage and a number of treatments, depending upon your program, all under the guidance of our fully qualified PT, Nutritionist and Instructors.
